The Chamber’s Advisory Committee was established to bring together key individuals from the Eastern Caribbean region and around the world to provide transparency and general advice to the organization and its direction.
Members of the Regional Advisory Committee are from the Eastern Caribbean States and their general objectives are the following:


  • To help broaden the network of contacts that might support The Chamber’s further development 
  • To provide advice on issues of relevance including but not limited to economic, cultural, political and other important issues
  • To consider and make recommendations on general trends in the Eastern Caribbean region, the Southeast Asian region and elsewhere that might affect both regions 
  • To enhance the organizations awareness of related issues with relevance to its interest

The Chamber has also instituted the support of distinguished individuals from across the globe to help steer the efforts of the Chamber in various aspects. The Chamber has the privilege to receive counsel from an International Advisory Committee who voluntarily contribute their time for the growth of the Eastern Caribbean region.

  • His Excellency Mr. Jesus Domingo - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Republic of Fiji, Niue, the Independent State of Samoa and the Kingdom of Tonga.
  • His Excellency Mr. William Weiss - Honorary Consul of the Republic of Malta to the State of Washington, U.S.A. and former Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Marshall Islands. His Excellency is an International Trade Specialist and Officer of the Diplomatic Society of St. Gabriel, an international professional and fraternal society of diplomats dedicated to advancing global peace, development and humanitarianism, founded in 1996 at the United Nations in New York.
  • Mr. Kevin Derek Couling - The 64th Lord of Little Neston cum Hargrave is also Baron de Saint-Desir, a Hereditary Cavaleiro (Knight) of the Royal House of Braganza of Portugal. The Lord of Little Neston is a Civil Celebrant and an International Protocol & Etiquette Advisor.
  • Mr. Thomas Walls - A former member of the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Berlin during the term and tutelage of the legendary Richard Holbrooke and the current Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Free Republic of Liberland, a non-UN micro-state in Central Europe undertaking global recognition through the provisions of the Montevideo Convention of 1933. The Hon. Minister Walls is also an International Travel Marketing Consultant and Professional Multilinguist.

The Chamber's Management Team is responsible for the operations of the organization. Heading the team is co-Founder, Executive Director and Envoy for Diplomatic Affairs, Datu the Hon. Matthew Pajares Yngson, a citizen of both the Commonwealth of Dominica and the Republic of the Philippines.
